Internship Program Guidelines

Welcome to Digious FinServ Technologies Internship Program for Computer Engineering students. We are excited to provide an opportunity for young and talented individuals to gain hands-on experience, develop industry-relevant skills, and contribute to real-world projects.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a current Computer Engineering student (Bachelor's or Master's program) or a recent graduate (within the last 6 months).

  • A strong interest in software development, web technologies, or emerging technologies like Cloud Computing, DevOps, or FinOps.

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages and software development practices.

Internship Expectations

  • Interns are expected to work on assigned tasks and deliver them within the deadlines.

  • Actively participate in team discussions, workshops, and learning sessions.

  • Maintain professional conduct and uphold the company’s code of ethics.

  • Respect the confidentiality of all company data and information.

Terms and Conditions

1. Internship Duration

  • The internship will last for min six months. Any extension or early termination will be subject to mutual agreement.

2. Work Schedule

  • The internship may be remote, hybrid, or in-office, as per company policy.

  • Interns are expected to work on the assigned tasks

3. Stipend and Benefits

  • There will be no stipend.

  • Interns will receive a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the program

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • Interns shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during the internship.

  • Any work created during the internship remains the property of Digious FinServ Technologies.

5. Performance and Termination

  • The company reserves the right to terminate the internship for non-performance, violation of guidelines, or misconduct.

6. Evaluation and Feedback

  • Regular performance reviews will be conducted to provide feedback and assess growth.

7. Compliance

  • Interns are required to adhere to all company policies, including cybersecurity and workplace conduct guidelines.
